Robin’s goal for his debut on NEW PORT was to create an EP which reflects his style when it comes to djing and producing in two tracks. The title track Troubleshooting“ reflects Robin’s passion for dark and driving sounds, with long build-ups and atmospheric percussion whereas Mod 8″ shows his love for slightly minimalistic grooves and rolling basslines. What both tracks have in common are the melodic, characteristic yet simple synth lines that evolve during each track.
